The National Football League announced its Hall of Fame Class of 2012 Saturday afternoon. Former Vikings defensive end and linebacker Chris Doleman is one of the six players selected for induction. He is the 11th Viking to be enshrined in Canton, Ohio. Former Vikings wide receiver Cris Carter was also eligible, but was denied until at least next year.

The 2012 inductees to the National Football League Hall of Fame will be announced on Saturday, and former Vikings Cris Carter and Chris Doleman are on the list of 15 finalists. Carter says he's "just waiting like everyone else who played this game" while Doleman says it's a "humbling experience."
