Hageman on mid-season All-America list; gets jaywalking ticket

Author:

Gophers defensive tackle Ra'Shede Hageman is getting rave reviews for his play six games into the college football season.

A panel of analysts from NFL.com released their mid-season All-America teams, and Hageman was named on two of the seven teams.

Hageman is one of nine defensive tackles named. His two votes are more than potential No. 1 pick in next year's NFL Draft Jadeveon Clowney received.

Back in May, Hageman was No. 2 behind Clowney on a CBS Sports Freak List. He has one sack, 6.5 tackles for loss and two blocked kicks this season.

That's the good news for Hageman today. The bad news is that he apparently received a ticket for jaywalking.
