While making the media rounds this week, Vikings wide receiver Greg Jennings did an interview with Jim Rome on CBS Sports.

In it, he recalled getting advice from Brett Favre before he signed with the Vikings in March.

“He said the facilities weren't the best, but the people are the best. The facilities didn't make or break my decision, but the people would make or break my decision. The moment I stepped off the field and met some of the staff, they were open arms and genuine. They drew me right in.”

Jennings reiterated that the "Minnesota Vikings were the best fit for 'Team Jennings.'" Watch the full interview in the video below.

On Thursday, Jennings spent time painting at the Vikings' annual build a playground event.
