Former University of Minnesota men's basketball coach Tubby Smith has put his Minneapolis townhome on the market, according to

The property, listed by Orlando H. Smith, is at 190 Bank Street SE, near Nicollet Island, overlooking the downtown Minneapolis skyline and the Mississippi River.

It's 4,275 square feet with three floors, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, four fireplaces and a two-car garage.

The asking price? A mere $1.5 million, according to Edina Realty, the listing agent.

According to, the property has a "zestimate" of $1.15 million.

Smith purchased the property for $1.35 million in 2007.
