Our best wishes go out to Gophers hockey player Jake Parenteau, who suffered a broken leg in Minnesota's shootout loss at Michigan State last Friday.
Parenteau can be heard screaming in pain in this video.
"He's screaming. I can hear him," FOX Sports North analyst Tom Chorske said after Parenteau suffered the injury.
Parenteau underwent surgery on his leg on Monday and he posted a before and after picture on Twitter to show the results.
College Hockey News reported that Parenteau is expected to miss two months of action. The good news is that Minnesota is off the next three weeks for a holiday break. They're back on the ice January 3rd when they host the Mariucci Classic.
