Gophers' Plsek: Texas explosion happened 2 miles from my home

The fertilizer plant explosion that rocked West, Texas earlier this week happened in the hometown of Gophers sophomore tight end Lincoln Plsek.

Plsek told WCCO TV that he "was shocked" and "didn’t think anything like that could happen" in a town of just 2,600 people.

The blast, seen in the video below, has claimed 14 lives as of Friday night, and injured approximately 180 others.
