The Gophers annual spring football game will be held Saturday at 1:00 p.m. at TCF Bank Stadium.

Head coach Jerry Kills plans on having a game-like scrimmage that will allow full-contact for everyone but quarterbacks.

Philip Nelson is expected to quarterback the Maroon team while Mitch Leidner will start at QB for the White team. Both are sophomores. Check out the full rosters via the Star Tribune.

"It's an opportunity for them to give one last impression to the coach," Kill told the Pioneer Press. "We've got a lot of young guys that need to play. We've had three or four good scrimmages, so we hope that we end on a good one."

The game marks the 15th and final practice of the spring. The previous 14 practices were held indoors because of inclement weather.
