Gophers spring game rosters finalized

The University of Minnesota Golden Gopher football team will play their annual spring game Saturday at TCF Bank Stadium.

Joe Christensen of the Star Tribune reports that sophomore Demry Croft will quarterback the white squad. Freshman Seth Green and redshirt junior Conor Rhoda will quarterback the Gold Squad.

Redshirt senior quarterback Mitch Leidner has been limited in practice since undergoing foot surgery in the offseason and will not participate but is expected to be cleared by team doctors very soon according to WCCO-TV.

Kickoff for the spring game is at 1 p.m., with the Gophers taking the field at 12:45. The game will be televised on the Big Ten Network.
