Ricky Rubio says the Timberwolves “can be a playoff team.” The rookie point guard says the Wolves could be 5-5 or 6-4 if “we play from the beginning of the game at 100 percent.” The 3-7 Wolves aim for win No. 4 Friday night in New Orleans.
