Vikings linebacker Chad Greenway is going to his second career Pro Bowl. Greenway, who led the Vikings with 148 tackles this season, was invited to the Pro Bowl as an alternate for Cowboys linebacker DeMarcus Ware, who is out with an injury.

Greenway joins fellow Vikings Adrian Peterson, Jared Allen, Jerome Felton and Blair Walsh as Pro Bowl honorees.

The Vikings also announced Greenway as the team’s defensive player of the year. Adrian Peterson took the offensive player of the year honor and kicker Blair Walsh was given the special teams player of the year award.
