Harvin still limping; Rudolph, Smith cleared for practice

Vikings tight end Kyle Rudolph and safety Harrison Smith have been cleared for practice after passing league-mandated concussion tests. Smith practiced Wednesday, but Rudolph didn't because of a strained shoulder.
