The votes are in and the brackets for the 2018 Minnesota State High School League boys' hockey tournament have been released

Each class features five teams that are seeded 1-5 and then three random draws. 

In Class 2A, the top five seeds are Minnetonka, Edina, Duluth East, St. Thomas Academy and Centennial. 

In Class 1A, the top five seeds are Hermantown, Mahtomedi, Orono, Alexandria and Thief River Falls. 

Wednesday's 1A quarterfinals features a rematch of last year's championship game between Hermantown and Monticello. 

  • 11 a.m. – #2 Mahtomedi vs. Mankato East
  • 1 p.m. – #3 Orono vs. Litchfield/Dassel-Cokato
  • 6 p.m. – #1 Hermantown vs. Monticello
  • 8 p.m. – #4 Alexandria vs. #5 Thief River Falls

The Class 2A quarterfinals are Thursday. 

  • 11 a.m. – #2 Edina vs. Lakeville North
  • 1 p.m. – #3 Duluth East vs. St. Michael-Albertville
  • 6 p.m. – #1 Minnetonka vs. Hill-Murray
  • 8 p.m. – #4 St. Thomas Academy vs. #5 Centennial

Semifinals for 1A and 2A are Friday. The championship games are Saturday.
