On Wednesday the Timberwolves play their first home game of the preseason when they host the Memphis Grizzlies.
And – get this – the game will also be televised.
That may not sound like a big deal in 2016 (or even 1996), but Minnesota recently returned from a five-game road trip where none of the games were available on TV. In fact, one of the games was uploaded to YouTube via solely jumbotron footage (but it's since been taken down).
Tip-off between the Wolves and Grizzlies Wednesday night is at 7 p.m. and can be watched on FSN North.
Minnesota is 3-2 during the preseason, and will conclude the exhibition schedule against the Charlotte Hornets on Friday night – also at the Target Center.
