Hip-hop reacts to the NFL National Anthem protests

MCs from all over the hip-hop map took the knee.

The NFL protests, originally started by Colin Kaepernick taking a knee during the national anthem to protest systematic racial injustice, were taken to a new level over the weekend as President Donald Trump inexplicably entered the fray.

As a result, Sunday's games saw numerous levels of protesting, from players locking arms, to entire teams declining to participate in the National Anthem.

Reverberations were felt throughout the hip-hop community, here's some of the most notable reactions.
