There is no such thing as a sure thing in the NFL Draft, but picking third in the first round usually translates into a reliable starter, maybe even a Hall of Fame player. Previous No. 3 picks that went right: Larry Fitzgerald, Joe Thomas, Andre Johnson and Barry Sanders. But then again, there are also a few duds like Joey Harrington and Akili Smith.
