The Timberwolves blew an 18 point halftime lead in Houston and lost to the Rockets, 108-100 Friday night. Minnesota was outscored 35-23 in the third quarter and 34-20 in the fourth.

Derrick Williams J.J. Barea led Minnesota with 19 points each. Ricky Rubio added 14 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists, but it wasn't nearly enough to compete with Houston's James Harden.

The Timberwolves return home for a game against the New Orleans Hornets on Sunday.
