How they saw it; Vikings fans react to Bridgewater's debut

Author:

Vikings first-round draft pick Teddy Bridgewater made his debut for the Minnesota Vikings during Friday night's preseason opener against the Oakland Raiders.

Bridgewater's night started full of momentum he led the Vikings to a field goal on the team's second drive of the game, to give Minnesota a 10-0 lead.

On the night, Bridgewater was 6 of 13 for 49 yards, he didn't throw a touchdown or an interception.

KFAN's A.J. Monsour said Bridgewater struggled in his first NFL game action.

"Teddy seemed to struggle with timing and the onslaught of pressure from the Oakland Raiders. The internal clock developed only through in-game experience has yet to develop for the rookie and the NFL level."

Here is a look at how some others felt about Bridgewater's first game courtesy of Twitter.
