The Twins announced today they will unveil a bronze statue of Bloomington native Kent Hrbek this year. No word yet on how Big Herbie will be depicted, but it’ll be displayed outside of Gate 14 at Target Field.

The former first basemen will join Kirby Puckett, Tony Oliva, Harmon Killebrew and Rod Carew as the only players with statues outside the ballpark.
