Hurricane Matthew is wreaking havoc for NC State and Notre Dame

There's football being played in North Carolina while Hurricane Matthew rips through the east coast.

North Carolina State and Notre Dame are somehow playing a football game at Carter-Finley Stadium in Raleigh, NC while Hurricane Matthew makes it's way through the east coast.

The National Weather Service in Raleigh has already issued two flash-flood warnings as the area is bracing for seven inches of rain.
