Jack Jablonski is back in the hospital for the second time since being discharged from rehab last month. According to a post on his CaringBridge page, the Benilde-St. Margaret's sophomore has been up and down as he recovers from a serious spinal cord injury sustained in a hockey game last year.

The Benilde-St. Margaret's sophomore was paralyzed during a hockey game late last month. The 16-year-old hockey player is determined to walk and skate again, despite his severed spinal cord.
