Gophers football coach Jerry Kill is back in the hospital for the second time in two weeks because of seizures. Now he is receiving words of encouragement from Big Ten coaches. Northwestern's Pat Fitzgerald says Kill "may be the toughest guy in college coaching."
Assistants believe Kill will coach against Michigan
Jerry Kill remains hospitalized at the Mayo Clinic undergoing extensive testing on his seizures. However, that doesn't mean he won't be coaching the Gophers' Big Ten opener Saturday at Michigan. Defensive coordinator Tracy Claeys said he'd be shocked if Kill didn't make the trip to Ann Arbor.
