Minnesota Gophers 70

The Gophers men's basketball team snapped their three game losing streak with a 70-52 victory over Chicago State.

1. Big first half run

Minnesota changed the momentum with a 17-2 run to close the first half. The run began with a couple of big three-pointers from Charles Buggs.

2. Murphy posts double-double

Gophers freshman Jordan Murphy continues to impress. After posting back-to-back doubles earlier in the month, Murphy was back at it again on Tuesday night.

He finished with 12 points and 18 boards for another double-double – seven of those rebounds were offensive.

3. Buggs puts together impressive night

Buggs put together an impressive night for the Gophers. He finished with 14 points and scored in a variety of ways. Buggs hit a pair of big three's in the first half, then put up a spectacular looking dunk in the second.
