Kepler, Buxton dress as Bert and Ernie for Twins rookie dress-up day

You should see what other teams made rookies do.

On Thursday when the Twins departed for a three-game series with the New York Mets all the Twins rookies had to participate in the team's annual rookie dress-up day.

In a time-honored big league tradition, their veteran teammates choosing outfits for 2016's first-year players.

Most of the Twins' rookies were dressed in yellow crash-test dummy suits.

Australian infielder James Beresford is in the kangaroo suit while Byron Buxton and Max Kepler dressed as Bert and Ernie from Sesame Street.

Other rookies from around the league have also participated in the annual event.
