Lindsey Vonn snapped another bone in a ski crash

Lindsey Vonn is grateful that she didn't injure her knees or legs again.

Lindsey Vonn is injured again.

The Minnesotan turned Olympic ski champion broke a bone in her arm when she crashed hard during a practice run Thursday, she announced on Facebook, calling it a "severely fractured" humerus bone.

"Unfortunately, yesterday I crashed while training in Copper and severely fractured the humerus bone in my right arm," Vonn wrote. "I had successful surgery last night in Vail and everyone took great care of me. While I am beyond frustrated by this latest setback, at least my knees are ok and I will return to the slopes as soon as possible, as I always do! Thank you for the continued love and support, it means so much to me."
