The NCAA must have a thing for Minnesota Nice, because on Tuesday it announced Minneapolis will host the national championships for volleyball, wrestling and men’s gymnastics, plus a regional round of March Madness.

The University of Minnesota won bids to be the host school for four events:

U.S. Bank Stadium will host the wrestling championships in 2020. It's the first time since 1997 that a football stadium will host the event.

Target Center will host the Volleyball championships in December of 2018, marking the first time since 1988 the Final Four will be played in Minneapolis. It'll also host the Midwest Regional for the men's basketball tournament in 2021. (Last fall the NCAA awarded U.S. Bank Stadium the men's basketball Final Four in 2019.)

And in 2021, the University of Minnesota's Sports Pavilion will host the men's gymnastics national championships.

And in case you missed it, the U of M is already on tap to host the following NCAA events in 2018: the swimming and diving championships, the men's and women's hockey Frozen Four, and the women's gymnastics regional.

For those keeping score at home, the University of Minnesota and the Twin Cities will host nine NCAA championships over the next five years. Buckle up.
