McKinnie a no-show to Ravens first practice

It was around this time last year when Bryant McKinnie was cut from the Vikings for showing up at training camp in terrible physical condition. The Ravens picked him up, and now they're dealing with a distraction. While one source tells CBS Sports in Baltimore that McKinnie didn't pass his conditioning test, but the team says it's a "personal" matter.
