Minnesota cycling exec on Armstrong's doping: 'No surprise'

The president of the Minnesota Cycling Federation is weighing in on the Lance Armstrong confession.

Chris Smith tells WCCO says Armstrong’s admission to doping comes as no surprise, and there needs to be a complete house cleaning in the sport.

Armstrong’s interview with Oprah Winfrey airs at 8 p.m. tonight. You can see it on the OWN channel, or at Oprah.com.

Today, Armstrong said he left it "all on the table" with Winfrey, and challenges viewers to decide for themselves if he's telling the truth or not.

The International Olympic Committee isn't waiting to listen. Today, the IOC reportedly stripped Armstrong of his 2000 bronze medal, sending him a letter asking him to return it.
