Minnesota Lynx forward Maya Moore was named the Western Conference Player of the Week.

Moore had a week for the record books. She became the first player in WNBA history to score 30 or more points in four consecutive games.

Moore scored 34 points in the team's season opening victory at Washington on May 16. She also put up 33 against Connecticut, posted a career-high 38 including the decisive free throws against Tulsa and scored 30 in the team's victory over the New York Liberty.

Moore's efforts have helped the Lynx remain as the lone unbeaten team in the WNBA at 5-0.

Moore leads the WNBA in scoring, 29.8 ppg, and made three-pointers (17). She is also in the top 10 in free-throw percentage, rebounding, three-point percentage, steals and minutes per game.

She scored those 135 points in 145 minutes played.

Moore though, gives much of the credit to her teammates.

"Of course they are going to see I scored 30, looking at points," Moore told the Star Tribune. "But my teammates do so much for me. It's all a team aggression; I just try to set the tone in the beginning."

That streak ended Monday when Chicago held Moore to 14 points, but that still didn't stop the Lynx.

Chicago's Elena Delle Donne was named the Eastern Conference Player of the Week.
