Must see: Buxton sets the record for fastest time from home-to-first base

If you can run to first base in less than four seconds, you might be Byron Buxton.

Byron Buxton struck out looking three times on Friday night and in his other at-bat he bunted into an out, but even that was exciting.

Buxton hammered a bunt on a one-hopper the bag down the first-base line and was barely beaten to the bag for the out. But he set the record for fastest time from home to first by a right-handed hitter in the Statcast era.

How fast?

It took him 3.44 seconds, according to Statcast.

The Twins were leading the Royals 6-5 in the eighth inning at the time of his post.
