Soon to be 39-year-old football player James Harrison has what he calls "old man strength."

The Steelers former Pro Bowl linebacker often posts unusual workout videos to Instagram. The video he posted Monday was no exception.

Harrison pushes a power sled five yards. That's not far ... unless there are 31 45-pound plates on it. That's a ridiculous 1,395 pounds he's moving without any ropes, straps or harnesses.

Former Vikings offensive lineman Mike Morris, who is a strength and conditioning coach, told GoMN that very few guys can do what Harrison is doing.

"The type of turf he's pushing the sled on is topically very slick and the friction is reduced greatly," Morris said. "That's a pretty good stack, especially for his age. I know several big boys who can do it, though."

Then Harrison walked over to a rack and did a bunch of tricep extensions with 205 pounds. This man is not human.
