NDSU wins border battle and advances to FCS semifinals

North Dakota State won the border battle with a 36-10 victory on Saturday.

The North Dakota State Bison are advancing to the national semifinals of the FCS as they defeated the South Dakota State Jackrabbits 36-10 on Saturday.

The win is sweet revenge too considering the Bison's lone loss in the regular season was to the Jackrabbits.

Although SDSU jumped out to a 10-0 lead, North Dakota State responded with 36 unanswered points cruising to victory. NDSU's defense held their neighbors to the south to just 192 yards of offense.

The Bison used their running game with King Frazier, Lance Dunn and quarterback Easton Stick combining for 282 yards of rushing.

Maybe the only highlight for South Dakota State today was this trick play they pulled that led to a touchdown.
