NFL Combine: Vikings analyze, interview draft prospects

Author:

The NFL Combine is underway as kickers, punters, special teamers and offensive linemen arrived in Indianapolis on Wednesday. More and more players will filter in between now and Friday. The Combine features football-related drills, interviews and the famous Wonderlic test.

This year's Combine will feature a brand new test, which could give the Wonderlic a run for its money.

There's nothing to say the Vikings are interested, but the Jets are reportedly shopping Tim Tebow at the Combine.

With wide receiver being perhaps the No. 1 area of need for the Vikings, CBS Sports' Rob Rang thinks California's Keenan Allen would fit well in Minnesota.

Vikings general manager Rick Spielman tells the Pioneer Press that the Combine, along with the NFL Draft are his most exciting times of the year.

Players will go through mental tests and interviews through Friday. The on-field portion of the Combine takes place Saturday-Tuesday. Check out the schedule here.
