Nikola Pekovic scored 27 points to lead the Timberwolves to a 108-105 win over the Nets on Friday night. Pekovic's previous career high was 16 points. He also pulled down 11 rebounds for a double-double. Kevin Love added 20 points and 10 rebounds.

Nikola Pekovic says he's going to try and play in as many games as he can over the rest of the season, but bone spurs in his right ankle might force him to have off-season surgery. Pekovic has missed four of the Wolves' last five games, and he won't play in the next two games at Memphis and Charlotte.
