Percy Harvin announced on Twitter Monday night that he needs surgery on his shoulder. The Vikings' leading receiver says recovery time from the operation will be quick and he'll be ready for organized team activities. NFL Network's Jason La Canfora reports the procedure is just a clean up that will keep him out a few weeks.
