Adrian Peterson says he was slapped in the face yesterday during the Vikings loss to Washington. He tells the Star Tribune that Resdskins cornerback DeAngelo Hall smacked him in the first quarter after a tackle. AP got in Hall’s face, saying “I looked him in the eyes and he knew I meant business."

As for Hall, he disputes what happened on the field. In his words, via USA Today, "that's just asinine."
