Three rookie quarterback's are already starting in the NFL. Carolina's Cam Newton, Cincinnati's Andy Dalton, and Jacksonville's Blaine Gabbert are all off to nice starts. Christian Ponder could be next if Donovan McNabb continues to struggle.
