Report: Wife's health may force Adelman to quit as Wolves coach

Timberwolves coach Rick Adelman is reportedly considering resigning this summer if his wife continues to have health issues, according to

Adelman missed 11 games earlier this season as his wife Mary Kay was hospitalized due to seizures. He says his wife is "doing better" right now, and will make his decision on whether to come back in 2013-14 after the current season is over.

Adelman: "I don't want to really talk about those type of things until (the season is) done."

Adelman, 66, is in his second season in Minnesota. With 994 victories, he ranks as the eighth-winningest coach in NBA history.
