The Timberwolves agreed to a deal with shooting guard Marcus Georges-Hunt Tuesday, according to Shams Charania of Yahoo! Sports.
Georges-Hunt is coming off an impressive performance in the Summer League with the Orlando Magic. He averaged 14 points per game on 50 percent shooting from the floor while hitting 43 percent of his 3-pointers.
Darren Wolfson of KSTP reports the shooting guard's contract is not a two-way deal and is more of a partially guaranteed agreement. Which is a similar route Minnesota took when they signed former Maryland Terps star Melo Trimble.
All three players are under the age of 25 and still have the potential to be something in the NBA.
