The Minnesota Wild's season came to a sobering end Thursday night as the Blackhawks knocked them out of the first-round of the playoffs in five games.

The Wild will officially say goodbye to the season with news conference at Xcel Energy Center at 12:30 p.m. Saturday.

Head coach Mike Yeo and general manager Chuck Fletcher will speak at the presser. The Pioneer Press reports it's a good sign that both will return next season.

While Yeo deserves some blame for the Wild's late-season collapse, Star Tribune columnist Chip Scoggins says Yeo doesn't deserve all the blame, and a coaching change would start the leadership process all over again.
