After one day of March Madness college basketball action, Rubio tweeted he had a "perfect bracket so far."
There were 16 games Thursday, the most significant upsets being #12 Little Rock over #5 Purdue, #11 Gonzaga over #6 Seton Hall, and #12 Yale over #5 Baylor. (There were a few 9-seeds topping 8-seeds too).
Met with skepticism, a few minutes later Rubio sent out a photo of the bracket.

Update 2: And Jerry Zgoda of the Star Tribune notes the fairy tale has ended.
If he's telling the truth, Rubio – who did not play college basketball of course – is in rare company.
The Washington Post says only about 0.1 percent of all brackets on ESPN.com and Yahoo.com picked the opening day of the tournament correctly.
That's 14,525 perfect brackets – out of the 13 million that have been filled out, ESPN's Darren Rovell tweeted.
