Rocket launch: Wolves have no answers to stop Harden, Houston

Minnesota Timberwolves 111

Houston Rockets 116

The Minnesota Timberwolves were no match for the Houston Rockets Friday night. Minnesota fell 116-111 to the Rockets in Houston.

1. Double-doubles all around

Three Rockets finished the night with double-doubles. James Harden scored 29 points and dished out 14 assists, Patrick Beverley added 18 points and 10 assists.

While Dwight Howard scored 10 points and grabbed 11 rebounds.

2. LaVine's shot goes awry

Zach LaVine has been locked on more times than not since the Timberwolves moved him into the starting lineup last month. But Friday night that wasn't the case.

LaVine finished the night with 15 points and was 6-of-15 shooting, but LaVine was 3-of-12 until late in the fourth quarter.

3. Big night for Towns

Karl-Anthony Towns helped the Wolves stay in the game. KAT was a force inside with a double-double of his own. He finished with 32 points and grabbed 11 rebounds.
