Royce White close to agreement with Rockets

Royce White told a Houston radio station on Wednesday that he's close to an agreement on mental health protocol that would allow him to return to the Rockets' D-League affiliate on February 11.

White suffers from a generalized anxiety disorder, part of which is his fear of flying -- the main way of transportation in the NBA.

White has refused to play until he and the Rockets can agree on mental health protocol that doesn't jeapordize his safety.

The former Minnesota Mr. Basketball and Golden Gopher is currently serving a suspension for refusing to report to the developmental league.
