Publish date:

After being absent from the Houston Rockets, Minnesota basketball standout Royce White tells ESPN he's willing to walk away from the NBA if issues concerning his mental health are not resolved.

White says there's a problem with how the team is helping him confront his anxiety disorder and plans to meet with general manager Daryl Morey on Monday to discuss his situation.

The rookie has publicly stated his anxiety manifests itself in his fear of flying, as well as in his obsessive-compulsive disorder.

The Rockets are fining White for every practice, game and therapy session he misses.
