Take a look at Miguel Sano's Instagram and you'll see that his two latest posts are all about his offseason workouts.

"I'm always on! Even in the offseason. #Hardwork," Sano captioned one of his posts.

And the Twins are pleased with what he's doing, too.

"We hear good reports about his focus,” Twins manager Paul Molitor told the Pioneer Press. “You heard what he had to say at the end of the year about coming back and things that he wants to do, both in terms of being physically prepared as well as trying to undo some of the things that he found were a little bit humbling this year.”

He does look fit in the videos he posted. And none of what he's doing looks very easy.

Sano is entering a key season in his career. He admitted that he entered 2016 out of shape, and it showed. Sano finished the year with 25 homers and just 66 RBIs, while struggling in the outfield and at third base.

But his outfield days should be behind him. He's penciled in as Minnesota's everyday third baseman now that Trevor Plouffe is gone.
