Frazier discusses Harvin's limited role

Percy Harvin's limited role on offense is creating plenty of discussion in Vikings land. Harvin wasn't on the field for nearly half of the Vikings' offensive plays on Sunday. However, through all of the scrutiny head coach Leslie Frazier is defending the way he uses Harvin.
