In an in-studio interview on FM 100.3 KFAN, Minnesota Vikings general manager Rick Spielman discussed Percy Harvin's future with the team.

"I'm not going to say what's going to happen this offseason," Spielman said, "because he is going in to the last year of his contract. But right now, where we're at, Percy Harvin is a member of this football team and he is a very good football player. We don't like to get rid of good football players."

ESPN NFC North reporter Kevin Seifert writes that Spielman fell short of shedding any real light on what the plan for Harvin is.

During the podcast, you can also hear Spielman fully commit to quarterback Christian Ponder. Spielman says there's "no question" he'll be the starting QB in 2013.
