The Wild haven't won in regulation since Dec. 8, but it hasn't stopped the rest of the hockey world from locking down victories and creating ridiculous highlights along the way.
Enter the Blue Jackets-Flyers game last night, tied at four, Claude Giroux with the puck.
Goodness, stop that Claude.
Incredible as it was, we're not quite sure if it's at Alex Ovechkin-level yet. He produced what has been widely considered as one of the best goals in NHL history in 2006, but considering the distance and angle, Giroux's has to be close.
Judge for yourself, Giroux vs. Ovechkin, steel cage of amazing.
Some of us can't even skate, let alone do things like that.
