There is always intense interest in any matchup between the Minnesota Vikings and the Green Bay Packers, but the hype around this Sunday's contest is skyrocketing. With both an NFL rushing record and a playoff berth on the line, eager fans are willing to pay their money and take their chances.

KSTP reports the demand for tickets for the game at the Metrodome may be at an all time high, and the prices are following. The station quotes representatives of Ticket King, who say there's never been this much interest in tickets for a regular season Vikings game.

As a result, ticket prices start at $300 and go up to $800 and beyond, according to Ticket King.
