Red Sox run away from Twins with 10 runs in final 2 innings

The Red Sox pummeled the Twins Saturday, 15-4.

Boston scored 5 runs in the eighth and 5 more in the ninth to cruise to the victory. The Sox jumped out to a 4-0 lead on starter Kyle Gibson, who made his return from the disabled list, before the Twins cut that lead to 1 on a 3-run home run by Kurt Suzuki in the fourth inning.

The Twins are now 18-43, tied with the Atlanta Braves for the worst record in baseball. They're on pace to finish the season with a record of 48-114.
