T.J. Oshie's Halloween costume is hilarious (and a little creepy)

T.J. Oshie, a former Warroad hockey star, went all out for the Washington Capitals' Halloween party over the weekend.

Oshie dressed as a dalmatian, while his wife Lauren Oshie went as Cruella De Vil from the classic Disney film "101 Dalmatians."

NHL on NBC says Oshie is in the running for best Halloween costume, while Yahoo points out Oshie "will be skinned, turned into a coat for Halloween".

CBS Sports cracks a similar joke, noting there's no word if Oshie's former St. Louis Blues teammate and dog lover David Backes has tried to adopt the pooch to save him from Cruella.

Some other Caps players had some top notch costumes: Alex Ovechkin went as Batman, Dmitry Orlov dressed as Bugs Bunny and Evgeny Kuznetsov went as one of his nicknames – Harry Potter.
